Together, we’ll uncover the desire to shift mindset when it comes to personal beliefs, expressing self, and coming back to a healthy and empowering lifestyle. Resource positive thoughts to transform the emotions you wish to shift. I’ll guide you to create a safe space for grounding, relaxing, and coming back home to yourself.
The Peaceful Badass Healing Circle
Embrace all of you while in the community of others doing the same. Collectively, we’ll open your heart space and be open to receive gifts in life. Happenings in a collective healing may include downloads from spirit in the form of animal messages, journal prompts, crystal suggestions, essential oils, lightness, shapes, and flowers. I’ll share messages for the collective group and allow each person to feel the weight of the world start to melt away. Meeting 1x per month for 2 hours.
Embodied Energy Healing
A healing session that takes place behind closed doors in a sacred space, facilitating energy medicine. We will combine sacred geometry, intuitive guidance from the spirit in the form of words, animals, crystals, numbers, and essential oils. Unlock your next steps in the form of personalized journal prompts, forgiveness work. Chakra and nutrition suggestions strengthen a balanced well-being. Each session is custom-built to your spirit and current life stage.
